1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of ProposalAI, operated by Upwork Proposal, at https://upworkproposl.pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
2. The Service is free
ProposalAI helps you draft proposal text using AI, including resume parsing, job analysis, and cover-letter generation. The Service is free. Daily generation limits may apply. There is no paid plan, subscription, or checkout at this time.
ProposalAIis not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Upwork Global Inc. "Upwork" is a trademark of its respective owner. We only provide drafting tools. You are responsible for content you submit on third-party platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a contract. You must follow Upwork’s terms when you use their platform.
4. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected access to support@upworkproposl.pro.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes;
- Do not upload malware or content you lack rights to use;
- Do not bypass rate limits or security measures;
- Do not scrape or overload the Service without permission;
- Do not claim that AI output is certain to win jobs, interviews, or income.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of resumes, job text, and proposals you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the Service (including sending text to the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy).
7. AI-generated output
Drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit. You must review and edit before sending. We do not promise interviews, hires, replies, or income. The Service is a writing assistant, not legal or professional advice.
8. No purchases
We do not bill you. Usage limits on free accounts are not a paid subscription. If we add paid features later, we will describe them clearly before charging anyone.
9. Intellectual property
The software, branding, and original guides on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the Service except as needed to use it.
10. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if continued use risks the Service or others.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50, because you pay us nothing.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Upwork Proposal as operator of the Service, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
