How to delete your account and data
How account deletion works in Settings: what is removed, and how to contact support if you need help.
In the app
Open Settings → Account. Choose delete account. If you registered with email and password, you will be asked to confirm your password. Google-only accounts can delete without a ProposalAI password.
This signs you out and removes your user record.
What we delete with the account
When you delete your account we remove your user profile (including stored resume extractions and writing-voice preferences), authentication records, and saved proposals associated with that account. Some logs or backups may take a short time to expire, as described in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy).
What we never had
We do not have your Upwork password. Deleting ProposalAI does not change your Upwork account.
